We ship almost all items within 24 hours or the next business day. We are located in Florida and ship most items directly from our warehouse and most purchases will reach your door in 3-5 business days using the standard shipping method. Items that weigh more than a pound can take up to 7 business days for shipment to the west coast.

Rookies HQ wants you to get your items as soon as possible and we closely watch which shipper is used to get them there fast based upon the S&H charges that Amazon charges. We ship USPS, FedEx and UPS depending on what you order.  Heavier items are generally shipped FedEx or UPS ground.

We feel that our shipping rates are appropriate, but we are monitoring them and will adjust them as necessary.  If Amazon does charge excessive fees, we will issue a shipping refund, as needed.

Other location FEDEX mailing is available by special request. Please contact us directly for the additional charges. We will accept PayPal or any major credit card for the additional shipping charges.

Amazon Expedited shipping does not mean UPS/FedEx overnight!

Amazon states that expedited shipping is 1-3 days from expected ship date. We often ship most orders within 24 hours upon your purchase or the next business day.

Rookies HQ's policy is that expedited shipping generally means Priority USPS Mail & that your order moves to the front of the line to get shipped and processed as soon as possible. Many times that means it goes out the same day, IF we get the order from Amazon by 3 pm EST.

If you need something by a certain date, let us know! Please call us and let us know if you need something shipped faster, so we can arrange payment and shipment!  Amazon now offers 1-day or 2 -day FedEX overnight service for mainland US.

NOTE: Expedited US Priority Mail or FedEx Air Service may not be available for heavy or bulk size items. We will move your order to the front of the processing line and get it out as soon as possible.

NOTE:  Posted delivery times on Amazon does not apply to your remote or overseas location, only to the APO or FPO CONUS mailing point.  We have no control over the U.S. Military mail system or their delivery speed.
